Remembering Thanksgiving

Just a fun post today full of Thanksgiving pictures. I hope everyone has a wonderful Thanksgiving full of food, family and fun!

Fun things to watch for: Halle's solo and a cameo appearance of my little neighbor. And don't forget to listen to the words, you just might learn something.

Kate and I standing in front of the Mayflower replica.

Plymouth Rock itself.

Here come the Indians.

Hope your turkey is thawing.

"Oh my gosh, it's a squash." Did you know pumpkin's a squash?

Don't forget the cranberries!

And remember:

I miss you!!! Do I sound like a long lost boyfriend? lol....I'm up soooo late because my sleeping schedule is SO OFF! My neck feels so good (at this very moment anyway) and I loved getting all caught up on your blog. I first can't believe that you have a recipe for such a grand bundt cake! Sheesh....that's two amazing recipes in a row. I, however, don't feel it necessary to lick the screen for chocolate. Is this recipe as good as it sounds and looks, or is it kind of like the Twilight movie? (I swear I'm in a great mood and I'm not putting it down...even though I feel like I sound like I am! Did that make any sense?).

Halle and Thanksgiving specials. So cute. Kate Kate on her birthday....awwwwww. So sad she got so sick, and kind of funny too (as long as she recovered and is just fine). My wittle Kate Kate.

I love the line you wrote in your Twilight post, "And yes, I know there are a few of you who have still not done this." Yeppers, that would be me. I smiled knowing that was me.

I so missed you last night that I almost gave a call. Instead, I just thought really hard about you (see? I sound like some long lost boyfriend!) as I mindlessly walked around the house. Girls just need their girl time, and I can't wait for next week! Watch, I won't have a thing to say because notin's been a happenin' around heeya!

Happy Thanksgiving!!!

How did I get so far behind?! Didn't you know that you were supposed to take a Thanksgiving holiday so that Kat would not be so far behind come Monday? I need to be sure to send that memo out next year :-)

And all these pictures remind me of the movie "Love Actually" and the Christmas lobster :-)
