A friend of our's from Nampa, Jeff Eakins, shot these photos of my girls from his garage studio back in 2003. They turned out so cute and are some of my absolute favorite Valentine's pictures.
Halle was such a funny little girl! She looks sweet and innocent, but to get her to smell the rose, we had to tell her to look for a spider in the flower. That got her attention.
Alyssa was SO little back then! She thought she was so old. (Seems as if nothing has changed!)

I love the tidbit about Halle looking for a spider in those roses! These pictures are too cute!
These are so cute and I cracked up about the spider! See? things aren't always as they appear! (good object lesson for a class!)
