The dinner turned out delicious! I can't eat a ton of it though, because e it gets too sweet towards the end. It warmed up real nice too. I had it for lunch today. Russ wants it again...which means he liked it :o)

SO, Happy birthday Elena's DAD!!!!! I loved meeting you, and I love knowing we have that creative thing in common. Mostly, I'm glad you had Elena...it seems she was born just for me.
