Over the weekend we enjoyed spending time with Jarom's family for the blessing of cute little Izzie. Is she not adorable?!
We all entertained ourselves on Chris and Katie's trampoline. The grandkids enjoyed playing crack the egg with Papa. And I dusted off my skills of doing backflips. (Sorry folks no photo.) That's right, this old lady's still got it.
I love this shot of Truman and Izzie hanging out together. We get to do this all again next month for Truman's big day.I decided to stay an extra day and join Missy, Katie, Becky and kids at the Hogle Zoo. It was a lot of fun with beautiful weather. The highlight of the trip came when we took all 14 kids to a restaurant for lunch. They asked us if we were a daycare......LOL!!!!
Oh my goodness I want to kiss those babies! And back flips? Are you serious? You go girl!
ReplyDeleteSorry I couldn't tack an hour onto my trip that already felt ENDLESS (same three movies over and over and over and over...)--but I would have loved to come see you in Logan. Especially to see you do a backflip!!!

Looks like you guys got to enjoy some good weather before you came home to rainey Idaho! I am very impressed that you can still do back flips!
ReplyDeletelol....daycare of course! We are the proud stay at home mommies! You can do a back flip? That's it missy!!! You claim to be non athletic. I don't think so!!! I'm teaching you to swim (the right way) pronto and I don't want to hear a thing about it!!

Are you serious? A backflip? I have to see it to believe it! :) Shoot, I'm getting so old that standing for 3 hours straight playing Duck, Duck, Goose with all the kindergarten through second grade classes about killed me. My knees of all things were a wreck! I can't imagine doing a backflip. What a sissy I am!

ReplyDeleteHope you guys enjoyed the zoo. It turned out Ellie had an awards assembly Monday that I was glad she didn't miss, but if I'd known there was a free daycare going, it might have been worth it.
Izzy is too beautiful-- I love those pictures! And way to go on the backflips!! I don't think I could even do those when I was young and agile...

ReplyDeleteHow fun! We are also loving our Issie (spelt a little differently). There is nothing like new babies! The story about your sister-in-laws and you at the restraunt and having a daycare is hillarious! Glad you had a good weekend!
