Last night was
Halle's class program. It was so cute and the kids all did a great job. This year the class has been learning about the world so the program took us "around the world". We enjoyed lots of songs and a slide show of pictures from the year. (We even enjoyed seeing
Jonnie and Rachel in a few.) Some of the lines that a couple of 3rd graders delivered were amazing. (Tons of numbers and countries and such.) I don't even think I could have memorized all of it. Mrs Ball continues to amaze me, I love her to death and can't imagine a better teacher for
Halle.
Halle did an excellent job of sitting still and straight, in her pose of choice, during the entire program.

ReplyDeleteOh Emily, you crack me up! Yep, we love these kinds of things. Our hearts swell with pride. (But only when our own kid is on stage, who cares about everyone else's kid.)

ReplyDeleteOh My gooodness. That little Halle and her little group of friends....oh man. Cheerleaders, popular girls, look out. These first graders have your number. They look sweet too. How fun would it be to go back to first grade again and do a show with your friends?
